IAM District 19 is proud to announce that our members at Metro-North Railroad have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement, delivering wage increases, improved benefits, and additional compensation.
Agreement highlights include:
● 14% General Wage Increase over the life of the agreement.
● $3,000 Lump-Sum Payment for eligible members.
● $500 Annual Safety and Clothing Allowance.
● Retroactive Pay for eligible members.
● No Increase in Medical Contributions.
● No Major Work Rule Changes.
This agreement builds on the strong contract secured by our Brothers and Sisters at the Long Island Rail Road. We once again thank those members who stood strong on the picket lines. Their solidarity and determination helped establish a strong bargaining pattern that carried forward to our Metro-North membership.
