District 19 Leadership would like to congratulate and thank members of District 19 who currently completed the Advanced Local Chairman Program at the Winpisinger Training Center in Hollywood, Maryland. The participants went through extensive hearings in which they applied knowledge learned from the Basic Local Chairman Class along with experience. Participants have expanded their knowledge and met with other local lodge leaders, growing solidarity and communication within our ranks; with hands on training to bring further education back to their local lodges. We are very proud of the work that took place and look forward to building District 19 leaders for the future of our Union.
